Dual Credit

Students attending Salem Community High School who successfully complete selected courses at the high school may receive credit at Kaskaskia College by dual enrollment. Students enrolled in the listed courses/programs detailed in the link below may be enrolled also in corresponding courses which are required or count as elective credit in a program at Kaskaskia College.

Students will earn college credit upon successful completion of the course(s) and all college registration and enrollment requirements. In exchange for tuition and fees for college course credit, Salem Community High School will pay the  instructional costs of eligible courses including faculty salaries and instructional supplies and will provide instructional equipment. College staff will conduct registration for designated course at Salem Community High School during the first or second week of the designated semester in  which college credit is earned.
