Fitness Walking

       People are becoming more active for a variety of reasons.  Some are looking for health benefits, some for ways to reduce their risks of developing some diseases, some to keep their bodies strong and lean, and may others say exercise makes them feel better in general and even helps them stay more mentally alert.

       Walking is an excellent activity that can satisfy exercise needs.  Walking can be done anytime, anywhere.  It does not require expensive equipment or a fancy gym.  You should always go briskly enough to increase heart rate.  The exercise should be done 3 to 4 days a week for at least 30 minutes each time to get benefit from it.  Because of the low impact, injury occurrence is very low.
