The
bird must cross the net before a player can attempt to play it.

In
single, the first serve is always on the right side of the court.

during a rally the bird hits a player or their clothing it is a fault.

is a fault to serve the bird with the racquet head above the hips.

order to win a game a player must have a two-point advantage over their
opponent.

the bird lands on the line it is considered in.

server must serve the bird to the diagonal court.

player cannot touch the net during play or it is a violation.

the receiving team touches the net during play it will be a point for the
server.

the server hits the bird out-of-bounds it is a side-out.

a player goes out of bounds to play the bird it is a legal play.

serve landing on the short line is a point.

The
doubles game consists of 15 points.

The
singles game consists of 11 points.

When
the score is odd the serve is taken from the left court and when the score
is even it is taken from the right court.
