Murphysboro:

The meet is held at the high school. There are several different ways of getting there and none of them easy. Once you get to Murphysboro there is the Jackson Square Mall (I believe this is route 127) with a McDonald’s by the road, turn west at this stop light. Follow this road then turn south or right, there will be a school sign (on your left or the west) and the road is called School Road turn here, follow it back to the school. Good Luck. If in doubt, Vicky always said “stop and ask!”

Granite City:

The meet is held in a park south and west of the school, (more or less behind the school).

Route 50 to Lebanon, north on route 4 to I-70. To I-270 exit at Granite City. Heading toward town you pass eating places, stores, the school is located on the west side of the road and the park is just pass the school and back behind it.

Herrin:

Head down that old I-57 to the Herrin exit. Driving west toward Herrin, you need to look for the city park sign and toward north or right there. This will lead you back to the park. The swimming pool is located here also.

Mt. Vernon:

I-57 to Mt. Vernon Exit. Head east toward town. Look for City Park sign on the right side of the road, turn south to the park.

Centralia:

The race is held at Foundation Park, in the area of where Balloon Fest is held. Around catfish pond

Springfield:

Route 50 west to Sandoval. Route 51 north to Pana. Route 29 northwest to Taylorville, route 104 to I-55. Exit at Sangamon Avenue. West on Sangamon to Lincoln Park.

Jefferson Barracks:

Start out going SOUTH on N BROADWAY/IL-37 toward MERRITT DR S. Turn RIGHT onto W MAIN ST/US-50. Continue to follow US-50. Turn LEFT onto N MINE ST/US-50/US-51/CR-150 E. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto E MISSOURI AVE/US-50. Continue to follow US-50. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto FRANKLIN ST/OLD US-50. Continue to follow OLD US-50. Turn RIGHT onto LINDEN GROVE RD/CR-700 E. Turn LEFT onto 1330N/NEW US-50/US-50. Continue to follow US-50 W. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto W ST LOUIS ST/CR-2. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto BELLEVILLE ST/CR-2. Turn RIGHT onto US-50. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto E US-50. Merge onto I-64 W toward EAST ST LOUIS (Crossing into MISSOURI). Merge onto I-55 S via EXIT 40C toward I-44 W. Take the BROADWAY exit, EXIT 204. Turn LEFT onto MO-231/S BROADWAY. Turn LEFT onto S BROADWAY. Turn RIGHT onto GREGG RD. Turn LEFT onto CYE RD. End at [124-199] Cy Rd Saint Louis, MO 63125 .

 Peoria: Detweiller Park (the place to be the first weekend of November!)

North on I-57 to Champaign, Then I74 west to Bloomington and Peoria. Cross the river on I-74 you will exit to your right on Adams Street. This the first exit after crossing the river. Follow Adams Street or Route 29 north to the park. The park is on the west side of the road. Enjoy the scenic Illinois River to your right.  The park is approximately 10 miles after exiting off I-74.

 Metamora: Black Partridge Park

North onI-57 to Champaign, then west on I-74. Exit 112 toward Goodfield. North on route 117 thru Eureka to route 116. turn west on route 116 follow into Metamora. Turn north on Susan Lane, (this is around the McDonalds). Susan Lane to Progress street. Left on Progress. Then right or north on Coal Bank road or Cemetery Road. The park is on the north side of the road. 

Benton:

I-57 south to Benton exit, head into Benton, look for City Park sign. Turn south follow to the park. This is the same place the grade school state meet is held.

Salem:

The Salem meets are held at Franklin Park Grade School.
